I self-initiated and ran a company-wide generative AI adoption program at Persevere Now, a nonprofit ed-tech platform, with no mandate and no existing playbook. I built the curriculum, ran roughly 3 training workshops a month, and drove 25%+ year-over-year growth in AI tool adoption.

I do this work daily in my current role (prompt engineering, multi-agent AI systems) and I'm pursuing an M.S. in AI/Machine Learning (Eastern University, expected 2027).
